Responding to feedback from passengers, Explora Journeys has unveiled new sailings for EXPLORA I and EXPLORA II through April 2026. Plus winter 2024 will see two ships in the Caribbean to support the brand’s growth in North America.

Holland America Line Completes Installation of SpaceX’s Starlink for Stronger Internet

Holland America Line cruise passengers are going to notice a big difference in internet strength after the installation of SpaceX’s Starlink high-speed internet on each of the fleet’s 11 ships.

“We’ve heard from guests the new Starlink high-speed internet is better than they expected while cruising,” Kathleen Erickson, vice president of technology for American Cruise Line, said in a news release. Read more...

The beautiful ship MSC Seascape is setting its course for Texas. One of the newest and most environmentally friendly ships in the company’s fleet, Seascape will be sailing new itineraries out of Galveston.

Taking a shuttle ride from our cruise ship dock to Pelican Bay Hotel where my grandson Logan and I will be spending two nights on Grand Bahama Island, driver Barbara told us Pelican Bay is known as “The Happy Hotel.”
