Today, we want to share a few great reasons to jump on a tour for that next exotic destination.
We won’t lie, we’re big fans of Club Med. We’ve definitely talked about it before, and we had a fabulous time when we were at Sandpiper Bay in Florida. But with spring coming upon us, people in the office are getting itchy to get away from it all for a while… and the more we think about where to go, the more we’re drawn to Club Med again, this time at Turkoise – the adults only all-inclusive resort at Turks and Caicos.
She doesn’t look a day older. But raven-haired Snow White is now 75.
The first Disney princess, Snow White has been charming movie goers since Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was first released at Hollywood’s Carthay Circle Theater on Dec. 21, 1937.
Cruising the Mediterranean is a great way to get a taste of Italy, France, the Adriatic Coast. But what to do when there’s that one spot that you really loved? How do you head back and really get the full flavor of a destination, rather than just a taste? Our friends at G Adventures seem to have found a great way to make this happen. It’s the big open secret in US travel these days. Not enough people know about it, but they should. American travelers can see Cuba again, despite the general embargo on our neighbor to the south. Now, there is a catch – this isn’t going to be the normal “fun in the sun” beach holiday that most Caribbean travel becomes. Cuba is open for US citizens to see, but only in person-to-person cultural exchange programs.
Let’s be honest, Disney offers magical experiences for every age and every person. They do this through a number of different venues, Disneyland in California – the original Disney destination, Aulani resort in Hawaii, a state which is also on our must-see list for 2013 to name just a couple. But it’s Walt Disney World, in Orlando, Florida that is really the item that every Disney fan needs to see. And for those who have been there before, so much has changed in the last twelve months that a new visit would be like visiting a brand new destination.
