World Traveler Lewie is now ready to cruise around the world. The new plush edition of beloved Holland America Line’s mascot is debuting on board ships in February.

The third annual edition of Holland America Line’s plush mascot, Lewie the Lion, World Traveler Lewie is dressed for adventure wearing a faux-leather bomber jacket and carrying his well-traveled suitcase, packed with everything he needs to explore new places.

World Traveler Lewie is the newest iteration of the collectible plush to make his way on board. Since his debut in 2023, Holland America Line has introduced 2024 Bellhop Lewie and 2025 Captain Lewie.

The plush is available for purchase in onboard shops to offers a memorable keepsake from the journey.

From Alaska’s unmatched glacier and wildlife to idyllic Caribbean beaches to Europe’s memorable UNESCO World Heritage Sites, World Traveler Lewie captures the true Holland America Line spirit and helps bring the destinations to life.

Lewie is said to be a descendant from a long line of Dutch lions living in Rotterdam. Recognizing lions have been a national symbol of the Netherlands for generations, Lewie takes great pride in his lineage.

As Lewie says, “Proost! (That’s “Cheers” in Dutch) to all who enjoy the awesome adventures shared on Holland America Line’s cruises.
