Getting into Ocho Rios gives guests a great opportunity to visit Dunns River Falls, and Montego Bay has amazing beaches and a lot of fun places to visit. But until recently, guests have often had to choose doing one or the other. Now, though, Royal Caribbean has opened its new port – Falmouth, Jamaica – located between the two traditional port cities and offering a great option to experience more of the best that Jamaica has to offer.

Another Oasis On The Horizon

The cruise line made the announcement last week in St. Nazaire, France where the ship will be built. It’s going to be an exciting few years for the cruise line too, as the list of new ships for Royal Caribbean seems to be growing pretty rapidly!

Earlier this week, Norwegian Cruise Line announced its plans to build another Norwegian Breakaway type-ship in the near future. Royal Caribbean announced its plans to build another Oasis type ship for 2016, and today Carnival announced another Breeze-type ship for delivery in 2016, and a new Holland America ship in 2015.

Inside a Royal Caribbean Revitalization
October 10, 2012 | RogerRoyal Caribbean is in the process of making every single ship as attractive as the latest and greatest to come fresh out of the shipyard. The Grandeur of the Seas, one of the older and smaller of the large fleet of ships just went through a pretty major revitalization this year, adding some amazing new features including some Cirque du Soleil type theatrics in the Centrum area of the ship.
