Holland America Line Completes Installation of SpaceX’s Starlink for Stronger Internet
March 6, 2024 | Jackie Sheckler FinchHolland America Line cruise passengers are going to notice a big difference in internet strength after the installation of SpaceX’s Starlink high-speed internet on each of the fleet’s 11 ships.
“We’ve heard from guests the new Starlink high-speed internet is better than they expected while cruising,” Kathleen Erickson, vice president of technology for American Cruise Line, said in a news release.
MSC Seascape to Start Cruising out of Galveston

Starting Nov. 9, 2025, MSC Seascape will sail from the Port of Galveston with seven-night itineraries visiting must-see destinations including Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico, and Isla de Roatan, Honduras.

After checking in and seeing our room, I can definitely see why Pelican Bay has gained that reputation. Check-in is usually the first impression guests get of a hotel and Pelican Bay does it politely and quickly.
