Celebrity Cruises has revealed four new spaces during onboard Celebrity Xcel this November. Each space is designed to elevate the onboard experience and offer guests even more way to escape life’s hassles while at sea.

“Celebrity Xcel will set sail with seven new elevated experiences that invite guests to escape their daily routine and make memories that will last a lifetime,” Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises, said in a press release.

“With so much innovation at every turn, the journey will be just as fun as the destinations themselves,” she said.

From November, Celebrity Xcel will be sailing her inaugural season from Fort Lauderdale, offering seven-night itineraries alternating between The Bahamas, Mexico, Cayman Islands, Puerto Plata, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten.

In Summer 2026, Celebrity Xcel will set sail on her inaugural European season where guests can immerse themselves in the Mediterranean like never before on seven-to 11-night journeys out of Barcelona and Athens, including all new overnight stays in Madeira, Portugal.

Xcels new spaces include:

The Celebrity Pool Club: A reimagined poolside experience with a new pool valet, VIP cabanas, and all-day events like The Poolest Day Ever—a Caribbean-inspired celebration with live music, pop-up shows, and exclusive cocktails on the last sea day of each Caribbean itinerary. Then, as the sun goes down, the energy goes up at an all-new Shine the Night poolside party complete with elevated bites and drinks.

Attic at The Club: A neon-lit, adults-oriented lounge open 24/7 featuring retro games like Pac-Man, pool, darts, and a private space for karaoke, golf simulation, and more.

The Spa on Celebrity Xcel: The most expansive spa in the fleet, now featuring Celebrity’s first-ever Hydra Room, an outdoor Vitamin D Deck, and over 120 treatments, plus a new Skin Lab and bubbles bar.

Celebrity Flagship Store: A first-of-its-kind retail-meets-exhibit experience with interactive trivia, vintage artifacts, and customizable souvenirs only available on Celebrity Xcel. A wide range of customizable items can be engraved, embroidered or printed, such as water bottles, cocktail kits, keychains, caps and robes.

The Most Awarded Wine Collection at Sea: For the 13th consecutive year, Wine Enthusiast recently recognized Celebrity’s wine program with 8 new “Best Of” recognitions.

To enhance the experience, members of the “Dream Makers” community will help shape these spaces by voting on everything from games to retail offerings.
